Flanges are everywhere in industrial systems. They connect pipes, seal pressure vessels, and mount equipment. A bad flange means leaks, downtime, and safety risks. That's why we machine them with care.
We use 5-axis CNC machines to achieve tolerances at ±0.01 mm. Flatness on sealing surfaces is critical. Our toolpaths are optimized to maintain parallelism across the entire face.
Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloys. We source certified material with full traceability.
Programming: CAM engineers optimize toolpaths for hole patterns, bolt circles, and sealing grooves.
Machining: Precision milling, drilling, and tapping. We do back-facing operations in the same setup to guarantee perpendicularity.
Finishing: Anodizing, powder coating, or passivation depending on the application.
Inspection: 100% dimensional check with CMM. Bolt hole positions verified within 0.05 mm of true position.
A pipeline client needed ANSI-class flanges in 316 stainless. The sealing surface had to be flat within 0.02 mm. We machined 50 units and every one passed their hydrostatic test.
Prototypes ship in 3 to 5 days. Production runs scale without quality loss. Our engineering team supports from design review through final assembly.
We've been machining flanges for 15 years. It's a core capability, and we do it well.
